Sunday Sketch & Stamp - Purple again

This card is for the sketch challenge over at Sunday Sketch & Stamp. Another purple card !!!- next card I post will definitely be a different colour.

I have used "The Greeting Farm" stamp "Laundry" from the "Hope & Grace" range coloured with copics. The DP's are from my stash.

I'm off now to sort out activities for tonight's Brownie meeting and then must get my packing done - We're going to London tomorrow for the weekend - sightseeing and a show - Avenue Q - not exactly family viewing but hopefully it should be good.

Thanks for looking x

The Sugar Bowl - Shabby Chic Sketch Challenge

Because I've got a week off work I was intending to try to get some card making done - its now Thursday and this is one of the first cards I've got round to. Yesterday we decided to go Solihull and then the cinema, Tuesday was spent visiting the QVC outlet shop in Shrewsbury, and then queuing for 3 hours in Stoke on Trent to see "The Staffordshire Hoard" - over £3 million pounds worth of Anglo Saxon gold found in a field and when the pieces have been cleaned it really will be stunning! I did mange to colour some images on Monday and this is one of them.

This card is for the "shabby chic" sketch challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. I have used the Sugar Nellie stamp "Raven" which I've coloured with copics. The DP's are from the Papermania Signature Range.

WOJ Wee & Christmastree

Second post of the day - The worlds going mad!!!!

Am on lunch at work at the moment so it gives me a few minutes to post this Christmas card that I've made for the challenge over at Susie & Vikki's Christmas Club. The theme this week is "Christmas Tree" which gave me the perfect reason to use this Whiff of Joy stamp which had never seen ink.

The stamp is WOJ "Wee & Christmastree" coloured with copics. The DP is Papermania I think!! Tried lots of different embellishments on it and nothing looked right (I think the paper's probably a bit to busy for them) - so decided less is more.

Lilac & Lemon Gorjuss Miss Anya

This card is for the challenges over at Crafty Catz where the theme is Lilac & Lemon and the layout is based on a sketch over at Totally Gorjuss.

I have used one of my Miss Anya stamps coloured with copics. This was the only DP in my stash that I could find that had any lilac in it - considering it's one of my favorite colours - I was shocked - it's a bit more busy than I normally use and it not a colour combo I would ever have considered before but I think it sort of worked.

Non Traditional Lily - Susie & Vikki's Christmas Club

Because I got it such a state last year trying to get all my Christmas cards made, my New Years Resolution was to "try" to make a card every week so this one is for the challenge over at Susie & Vikki's Christmas Club which this week is non traditional Chistmas.

I have tried to go for a non traditional image & colours. I have used the Pink Cat Studio stamp "Winter Lily" and the DP's are from the Papermania "Naughty & Nice Christmas" paper pack.

Totally Gorjuss - Paper Piecing

Now that my fortnight of Jury Service is over things should be getting back to normal - possibly one of the most surreal experiences ever.

I have made this card for the challenge over at Totally Gorjuss which is paper piecing. Not some thing I do very often probably because I love colouring in too much.

I have used the Gorjuss girl stamp "Just a girl" partly coloured with copics and the DP's are from the Forever Friends paper pack "Pink Parfait".
