Creative Craft Challenge - Brown, Cream and Blue

It's time for another challenge over Creative Craft Challenge and the theme for this fortnight is Brown, Cream and Blue.

I apologise for being a little bit late with this posting.   I was scheduling this last night to appear at 10.00am this morning but I ended up falling asleep at the computer so I'm squeezing this in during my lunch at work.

For my card I've used an image called "Rupert Plays Rock" from one of our sponsors, Dragon Lair Designs coloured with copics.  The papers are a mixture of Dovecraft "Sugar & Spice" and MME.

We are sponsored for this challenge by

Stamping Dragon Designs who are offering four digi images from their store

Whiff Of Joy are offering the gorgeous stamp pictured below.

Crafts and Me are offering this stamp called "Refresh" from their own range by Sara Burrier.

Creative Craft Challenge - Vintage/Distressed

Is everybody back to normal after all these bank holidays?  I went back to work yesterday which was a bit of  a struggle after having over a fortnight off but I consoled myself with the thought that it's only 3 weeks to the next bank holiday.

It also means that it's time for another challenge over at Creative Craft Challenge. The theme this time is Vintage/Distressed.

Now I always struggle with vintage/distressed cards, because it's not my natural style I suppose, but I gave it my best shot and I produced two DT cards, one is supposed to be vintage and the other is my attempt at distressed.

For this card I used the LOTV image "Fairies on Tiptoe" coloured with copics.  The DP's are from the Papermania "Regency" paper pack.

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
By The Cute And Girly - Anything Goes
Southern Girls Challenge - Lets hear it for the girls
Bunny Zoes - Lace
Whoopsidaisy Challenge - things with wings

For my next card I have used the Meljen image "Daisy Pitcher" coloured with Coloursoft and Koh-i-noor pencils.  The DP's are from the Papermania "Regency" paper pack.  I got a bit carried away with my distressing tools, but I'm quite pleased with my first attempt at my flower rosette thingy.

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
Stamp Something - Digi Day

We have lots of sponsors for this challenge:

Lili of the Valley who are offering a £10 gift voucher
Craft Individuals are offering a stamp and paper pack.

Meljen's Designs is giving away 4 digis

Doodle Pantry are giving a digi image to each of the top chosen 3 for this challenge.

Crafty Calendar May Challenge - Teddy Bear Cards

It's May already so time for another challenge over at Crafty Calendar.  This month the challenge has been chosen by DT member Caroline and we want to see teddy bears on your cards.

For my card I have used the StampFairy image "Lenny Bee" coloured with copics,  The DP's are a mixture odd bits I found in my stash (I think the striped paper was from a Laura Ashley paper pack and the gingham is from the Papermaina "Lemon Sorbet" pack).

We are sponsored by Stampfairy for this challenge who is offering a $9 Gift Certificate to one lucky winner.

Another Gorjuss Challenge Card.

For this card I have used the Gorjuss clear stamp "Little Heart" coloured with copics.  As you can tell I've been having a little bit of retail therapy and treated myself to a few stamps.  I didn't get too carried away, just a couple of Gorjuss Girls and I thought I'd try a couple of the Tatty Button stamps.  I haven't inked those yet - they'll probably be the next ones I try.

The DP's are just some odds bits from my stash.

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Paper Sundaes - Favourite hair colour (A sort of reddish a bit like me - I use copic numbers E08, Y17, Y38)
Scrappy Frogs Challenge - Anything Goes
