Tiddly Inks Picture Perfect Wryn Birthday Card

Good morning to all.  I have another Tiddly Inks card to share with you today.

Just in case you didn't know Tiddly Inks are having a DT call, it closes on the 31 July so you still have time to get your card made using your favourite Tiddly Inks image and post it on the Tiddly Inks blog.

For my card I have used:
Tiddly Inks digi image "Wryn Picture Perfect" coloured with copics.
The DP's are from the Wild Rose Studio Vintage Rose paper pack

I used these papers because I was going for a vintage wallpaper feel to the card... not sure if I achieved that goal....

Now off to start baking some cupcakes for our "party" tomorrow...

Thanks for stopping by.

Tiddly Inks For The Birds Birthday Card.

Good evening to all.  Today is my OH's birthday, because we're having a few people around on Sunday I hadn't really planned anything special for Martyn's birthday today other than us both having the day off work, so we decided to go for lunch and then to the cinema to see "The Wolverine"...fab film.... so now we're back home I have just enough time to share the card that I made for him.

With him being a birdwatcher the card always has to have birds on it....

I have used:
Tiddly Inks "For The Birds" digi stamp coloured with copics.
The DP's are from the My Minds Eye Bloom & Grow paper pack.

It's a good job he only has six letters in his name or I might have been in a bit of trouble...  and I know the card doesn't have particularly masculine colours but at least I didn't pick girly pink...which Martyn was relieved about...

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
Divas By Design - Anything Goes
Craft Your Passion - Happy Birthday
The Crafters Cafe - Anything Goes
Crafts And Me - Anything Goes
Creative Inspirations - BINGO (Twine, Buttons, Sentiment)

Thanks for stopping by.

Creative Craft Challenge - Numbers Challenge Christmas Card

Good afternoon everyone.  I hope you'll all enjoying the gorgeous weather that we're having at the moment.  It's Tuesday so that means a new challenge over at Creative Craft.  The theme for this fortnight is "NUMBERS" so ideal for those special birthday cards.

Now for my card.   I went into my little craft room, the sun was shining and the temperature was 25 degrees, I sat down at my desk to make my DT card and for some reason thought "I think I'll make a Christmas card!!".

So here it is, I have used
Melonheadz digi image "Rudolph" coloured with copics.
The DP's are a mixture of makes from my stash.

It might be slightly cheating but my only numbers on this card are on one of my papers, no others have been added....

Crafty Calendar July Challenge - Sun, Sand & Sea Colour Challenge

It's the first Saturday of the month which means we have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar.

This month we have been inspired by the thought of sunshine and summer holidays so we have a colour theme for you  of "Sun, Sand & Sea" based on the colour palette below.

For my card I have used:
Hannah Lynn digi image "Natasha" coloured with copics.
The DP's are from the Forever Friends Kraft Notes paper pack

I've tried to stick to the colour palette as much as I could.....only a slight deviation....

We are sponsored for this challenge by Hannah Lynn Art
